SMS Messaging & Opt-In Policy
Effective date: July 18, 2026
Program description
cliniqboost sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of medical and aesthetic clinics to those clinics' patients. Typical messages include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, missed-call responses, and post-visit follow-ups.
How patients opt in
Patients (message recipients) provide consent at the clinic level. When booking an appointment or completing patient intake at one of our client clinics, patients agree — via a consent checkbox or equivalent written authorization — to receive appointment-related and account-related SMS messages from that clinic. cliniqboost only sends messages to recipients for whom the clinic has confirmed valid opt-in consent.
Sample opt-in language used by clinics
"I agree to receive appointment-related text messages from your clinic at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe."
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and the clinic's configuration.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out — STOP
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, the recipient will receive one confirmation message and no further messages, unless they opt in again.
Help — HELP
Recipients can reply HELP for assistance or contact us at yassine-rezigui@cliniqboost.com.
Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at /privacy for details.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
